the short version

We find the steps your team does by hand every day and remove them. Usually that is data being retyped between two systems, a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every morning, or an approval that waits in an inbox. The fix is integration, a rule engine or a small AI step, whichever is cheapest to run.

what we do

Where the time actually goes

We start by counting, not guessing. One short pass over how work moves through your team, and the result is a list of steps ranked by hours per month.

Then we automate from the top of that list down, and stop when the next item stops paying for itself. Automating everything is how automation projects die.

About the AI part

AI goes in where the input is messy and the output gets checked: sorting incoming mail, pulling fields out of documents, drafting a reply a person approves.

Anything touching money, contracts or a public audience keeps a person in the loop. That is a design decision, not a limitation we expect to remove later.
