Translation is treated as part of the build, not a task after launch. Strings live in the codebase, so a new language is a file rather than a rebuild.

Do you build from scratch or on an existing platform?
Whichever is cheaper to own. We build custom where the process is your advantage and use a standard platform where it is not, then connect them properly instead of leaving a person to copy between systems.
Is translation machine or human?
Both, split by risk. Machine for bulk documentation, a person for the interface, the pricing page and anything legal, because those are short, heavily read and unforgiving.
What do we get at the end?
A working product on your own accounts and domains, the source code with a readme another developer can start from, every string externalised so a new language is a file, and thirty days of fixes on what we shipped.
